Professor Konstantin Simovski

Nanostructured electromagnetic metamaterials group is part of the Department of Electronics and Nanoengineering, Aalto University. Research interests span over a wide range of topics of electromagnetic theory, such as metamaterials and metasurfaces, bi-anisotropic materials, plasmonics, electromagnetics of graphene, nonreciprocal materials, scattering and diffraction. Main application areas of interest include antennas for all frequency ranges, microwave techniques, nanophotonics, solar cells, and thermophotovoltaics. The group is located in the TUAS-building.
