Motivated by reports of skyrmion textures in various materials, we examine an interplay between such exotic magnetic structures and superconductivity.  We are targeting topological properties in superconducting states.  We will discuss two regimes in the density of skyrmions; in skyrmion crystal, that is densely packed skyrmions, topologically nontrivial superconducting states are induced whereas a single skyrmion traps bound states around the core which have no topological origin. The key for understanding these phenomena is the Yu-Shiba-Rusinov state.
