We fabricate 2d mechanical resonators from gr/hBN and gr/NbSe2/gr heterostructures. The resonators are coupled to a superconducting cavity to investigate the optomechanical behavior of heterostructures and enable high sensitivity measurements. The measured quality factors of up to Q=240k at low temperatures are comparable to other few-layer graphene resonators. The ringdown method is applied to investigate the dissipation in the membranes and find lower resistance compared to few-layer graphene devices. The peculiar low-temperature dependence of the intrinsic quality factor points to dissipation over two-level systems which in turn relax over the electronic system.
